What is your return policy?

Due to the complex and delicate nature of each piece, as well as their uniqueness, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are available.

My Piece is broken. Can I get a replacement?

As mentioned previously. Each piece is custom-made and one of a kind. While there may be similar core designs no two pieces are exactly the same. Therefore, no exact replacements can be made.

My piece has lost its shape or it is bent. What do I do?

Dont get bent out of shape! Put your piece on a flat surface and slowly and carefully flatten it. It will return to its original shape in no time
